We now understand our neighborhood better and feel more equipped to reach out with Christ's love to the 60 percent who do not have a church home! We have also been able to understand and prioritize the next steps we should take as a congregation to maximize our effectiveness in the Kingdom of God! As a church in the "adult phase" of growth, it is important for us to periodically make small adjustments to avoid plateau or decline. Larry's process is perfect for this purpose!

The Church Leadership Center's survey for the congregation and leadership helped us listen carefully to everyone in our church as we prepared. The framework for thinking about the church was both biblical and practical. Larry's facilitation was an encouragement and a blessing to our time together.
