Consider this before applying:

Normally our initial requirements for participants are these:
  • Each needs to be involved in some form of ministry leadership in a congregation
  • Each needs to be endorsed for training by their pastor or congregational governing team or regional church leadership team
  • Each needs to develop, with us, a meaningful training plan to accomplish identifiable goals or outcomes
  • Each needs to establish a meaningful relationship with a Mentor who agrees to meet at least every 4-8 weeks in order to encourage, ask questions, listen, and pray for the CLC participant
  • Each needs to pay a fee for each course (these may be paid by a church or ministry body; the purpose is not for CLC to recover costs or make money, but to ensure that a meaningful investment is being made in order to support appropriate participation and follow-through)

We’d love to hear from you.

Whether you’re a pastor, a leader, or someone simply becoming more attentive to your own journey, we’re here to walk with you.

At the Church Leadership Center, our work begins with people in the pew—ordinary women and men who are learning to recognize and respond to God’s movement in their everyday lives.

Our learning series are not just about gaining information. Each session invites simple, lived practices—ways of paying attention, responding, and participating in what God is doing in and around us. This is formation that happens in real life—through conversation, reflection, and small steps of faithfulness over time.

Reach out. Let’s begin a conversation.
